Notes In Route
We really like Lovina.  It is so different from south Bali.  Things are quite and simple here and the people are great.

For the last week we have stayed at Villa Krastawa in the village of Kalibukbuk which is very central Lovina.  The villa is a combination Dutch/Bali family place in a Balinese family compound.  The family running the places (and two other villas in Lovina) are great innkeepers and Iluh is a great cook.  We take dinner each night in the villa.  They staff go shopping at the traditional market at 6am each day.  The Balinese food is really nice and has lots of variation and flavor.  A bit spicy, but not too spicy for Susan.  And unlike the rest of Indonesia, there is plenty of pork, as well as fish and chicken.

One night we had a candlelight dinner with live music too.
